Giuseppe Allievi
Board Member | CEO Tekid Inc.
My career as an executive in the automotive and rubber industries began with a solid foundation in Quality and Manufacturing, working across different production sites in Italy, Mexico, Canada, and the U.S. This experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of the business from the ground up.
I went on to specialize in commercial and after-sales activities, culminating in my role as CEO of Teksid Inc. in Michigan. During my time there, I was responsible for all commercial, quality, and new customer development activities for our North American clients, as well as coordinating import and sales from our worldwide plants.
My last role was as General Manager of Doss Visual Solution USA, where I was responsible for leading all sales, after-sales, and new customer acquisition efforts.
Carmelo Chimento

Carmelo Chimento is a senior executive with 35+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, specializing in powertrain systems, plant operations, and strategic project management. As CEO of ICOM Srl in Michigan, he has led business expansion across North America, partnering with major OEMs including Ford, Tesla, Stellantis, and General Motors.
With a background in electrical engineering and a strong foundation in lean manufacturing and WCM, Carmelo has held leadership roles at COMAU, Teksid, and Fata Aluminium. He brings a global perspective with a proven track record in driving operational excellence and sustainable growth.
Isidoro Mazzitelli

Isidoro Mazzitelli is a global technology executive and board member with over 20 years of leadership in engineering, R&D, and product development across Europe and the Americas. He has held senior roles at NSK and SKF, where he built and led large multidisciplinary teams, drove multi-site integration, and managed multi-million-dollar portfolios spanning semiconductors, aerospace, robotics, and industrial equipment. Recognized as a pioneer in applying generative AI and design automation to engineering, he has advanced product development speed and efficiency, while also contributing to sustainability initiatives such as “green steel” bearings and carbon footprint quantification.
Founder and CTO of BearX and ProBear Solutions, Isidoro continues to bridge technology, innovation, and business impact. He also serves on academic and professional boards, and lectures as Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan.
